  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
  3. Combine the drained grated zucchini, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  4. Shape the mixture into bagel shapes on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
