Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp by combining them with lime juice and olive oil in a bowl, letting them sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the marinated shrimp, cooking until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Combine diced avocados, red onion, and cilantro in a large mixing bowl and gently fold.
