Whipped Pink Lemonade

A refreshing and creamy Whipped Pink Lemonade that balances tart lemon with sweet grenadine, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup grenadine syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 cup of sugar, and 2 cups of water. Stir vigorously with a whisk or spoon until the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Pour in 1/4 cup of grenadine syrup and mix well.
  3. Fill your glasses with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the lemonade mixture over the ice.
  5. Crown each glass with a dollop of fluffy whipped cream.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Mix the lemonade base up to two days in advance. Add ice and whipped cream just before serving.
