  • 1 cup Snap Peas
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 small Onion, chopped

  • Red Pepper Flakes to taste
  • 1/2 cup Cream or a Vegan Alternative

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: Wash and chop all your vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the skillet: Place a large skillet over medium heat and pour in olive oil.
  3. Sauté the aromatics: Add garlic and onion, and cook until fragrant and the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the veggies: Toss in the bell peppers, zucchini, and snap peas, sautéing for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Season lovingly: Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Incorporate creaminess: Add cream or a plant-based alternative and stir until well combined.
  7. Taste and adjust: Check seasoning and adjust as needed.
  8. Serve hot: Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
