A delicious and healthy snack made with fresh vegetables and creamy hummus wrapped in a tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla.
  2. Layer the shredded carrots, cucumber, bell peppers, spinach, and red onion on top of the hummus.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
  4. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
