  • 1 block Firm Tofu, drained and pressed
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 Carrots, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce or Tamari
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Cut tofu into cubes and chop vegetables.
  2. Heat the pan: Drizzle sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the tofu: Sear tofu in a single layer for 3-4 minutes until golden, then flip.
  4. Add aromatics: Stir in garlic and ginger quickly.
  5. Stir-fry the vegetables: Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots, cooking for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  6. Pour in the sauce: Drizzle soy sauce or tamari over and stir to combine.
  7. Taste and serve: Remove from heat and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Prep ingredients ahead of time for convenience. The dish can be customized with additional veggies or proteins like chicken or shrimp.
