  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the vegetables: Wash and slice each vegetable into thin strips.
  2. Soak the rice paper wrappers: Fill a shallow bowl with warm water and immerse each wrapper for about 10-15 seconds.
  3. Lay the softened wrapper on a clean surface.
  4. Place a small amount of each vegetable and herbs in the center of the wrapper.
  5. Fold the sides over the filling to hold everything in place.
  6. Roll tightly from the bottom up, ensuring nothing escapes.
  7. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  8. Serve with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
