Instructions

  1. Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet.

  3. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Gently add the drained white beans, fresh spinach, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, folding them into the skillet.
