Tuna Stuffed Avocados

Delight your senses with creamy avocados filled with savory tuna, perfect for a refreshing meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and carefully remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out a bit of the flesh, creating space for the filling.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced celery, and diced red onion. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze in lemon juice if desired.
  4. With a spoon, generously fill each avocado half with the tuna mixture.
  5. If using fresh parsley, sprinkle it on top as a garnish.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can prepare the tuna mixture a day in advance. Store it separately from the avocado to avoid browning.
