Tuna Pasta Salad

A vibrant, creamy Tuna Pasta Salad with colorful peas and tender shell noodles, perfect for summer gatherings and picnics.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Shell Noodles
  • 1 can (5 oz) Canned Tuna, drained
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas, thawed
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (or mayonnaise)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly cracked Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (optional)
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and add salt. Cook the shell noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Add the cooked noodles, drained tuna, and thawed peas into a large mixing bowl. Fold in the chopped celery if using.
  3. Whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the creamy dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss until well combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This salad keeps well for up to three days in the fridge. Feel free to add other vegetables to suit your taste.
