Tender Boneless Pork Chops

Succulent boneless pork chops marinated in garlic and herbs, cooked to perfection for a delightful dining experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well-blended.
  2. Marinate the Chops: Place the boneless pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible. Massage the marinade into the meat and let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or up to a few hours in the fridge for deeper flavor.
  3. Preheat the Skillet: Heat your cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until it’s sizzling hot.
  4. Cook the Chops: Remove the chops from the marinade, shaking off any excess. Add them to the skillet without overcrowding. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until a rich, golden crust forms.
  5. Check the Temperature: Use a meat thermometer and aim for 145°F (63°C) for perfectly cooked pork. Remove from heat and tent with foil to rest for about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve: Savor the moment as you slice into each chop, showcasing the succulent interior.

Notes

Make-Ahead Tip: Prepare the marinade the night before and let the pork marinate overnight for robust flavor. For a quicker option, use an air fryer.
