A quick and flavorful Thai dish featuring stir-fried beef with aromatic basil and vegetables.

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add sliced onion and bell pepper, stir-frying until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  6. Add Thai basil leaves and cook for an additional minute until wilted.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
