Tasty Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf: A Flavorful Twist!

A delicious twist on traditional meatloaf, combining the flavors of bacon and cheeseburgers for a hearty meal.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked bacon, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, ketchup, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
  5. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
