Summer Grilled Dinner

A delightful summer dinner featuring marinated grilled meats and vibrant fresh vegetables that creates a sensory experience perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Grilled Meats (chicken, steak, or fish)
  • Fresh Vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, corn, etc.)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh Herbs (rosemary, thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375-450°F).
  2. Marinate the meats in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prep the vegetables by chopping and tossing them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Get grilling the marinated meats first until cooked through; chicken takes 6-8 minutes per side, fish needs less time. Add vegetables to the grill until charred (about 5-10 minutes).
  5. Serve the grilled meats alongside the vibrant vegetables.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate meats overnight. Avoid overcrowding the grill.
