Instructions

  1. Combine corn, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad, tossing gently to coat without crushing the avocado.
