Juicy, marinated beef kabobs grilled to perfection, bursting with zesty flavors and perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika.
  2. Marinate the Beef: Add sirloin steak chunks to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Fire up your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Skewer the Meat: Thread the marinated beef chunks onto your skewers, leaving space for even cooking.
  5. Grill to Perfection: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally for an even char.
  6. Rest and Serve: Let the kabobs rest for a few minutes before serving hot.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate overnight and consider adding seasonal vegetables to the skewers.
