Steak Kabobs

Delicious and juicy Steak Kabobs grilled to perfection with vibrant vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the steak, bell pepper, onion, zucchini, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Thread the steak and vegetables onto skewers, alternating as desired.
  5. Grill the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the steak and veggies the night before. Great for customization—try different veggies or spices!
