Delicious steak kabobs marinated in a flavorful blend of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and garlic, skewered with fresh vegetables for a perfect summer meal.

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Beef: Add the beef cubes to the marinade, covering well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the Kabobs: Skewer the marinated beef and vegetables, alternating for a colorful presentation.
  5. Grill the Kabobs: Cook on the grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Let Them Rest: Remove from the grill and let the kabobs rest for a few minutes before serving.
