Steak Kabobs

Deliciously marinated steak skewers with vibrant vegetables, perfect for grilling or roasting.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef steak (sirloin or tenderloin)
  • 1 bell pepper (cut into chunks)
  • 1 onion (cut into chunks)
  • 1 zucchini (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Cut the beef steak into 1-inch cubes and add to the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated steak cubes and alternating vegetable pieces onto skewers.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired doneness is reached.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Marinate longer for deeper flavor; avoid overcrowding skewers to ensure even cooking.
