Steak Kabobs

Delicious marinated steak kabobs grilled to perfection, bursting with flavors from vibrant vegetables and savory beef.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces
  • 2 bell peppers, any color
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper
  • Marinade:
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Marinate the steak by mixing marinade ingredients and sealing in a bag.
  3. Prep your veggies by chopping them into 1 1/4 inch pieces and seasoning.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 450-500°F.
  5. Assemble the kabobs by threading marinated steak and veggies onto skewers.
  6. Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, aiming for medium doneness.
