Spicy Garlic Chicken and Broccoli Noodle Bowl

A flavorful and quick noodle bowl featuring tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and a spicy garlic sauce.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz noodles (like rice noodles or spaghetti)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste or sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then lay them in the skillet. Sear until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing into strips.
  6. Toss in the broccoli florets into the same skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add the cooked noodles back to the skillet along with soy sauce and chili paste, folding in the sliced chicken.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
