Spaghetti Salad with Italian Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti: Boil water in a large pot and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain the spaghetti and let it cool completely.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: While the spaghetti cools, dice the bell peppers, slice the cherry tomatoes in half, and chop the cucumbers. Add all these beautiful veggies to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Combine ingredients: Add the cooled spaghetti to the bowl with vegetables, followed by black olives and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Dress the salad: Drizzle the Italian dressing evenly over your salad masterpiece. Gently toss everything together.
  5. Chill and serve: For best results, chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
