A quick and flavorful skillet dish featuring smoked sausage and colorful bell peppers, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced (any colors)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced sausage, cooking until browned and crispy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Toss in the sliced bell peppers and onion, cooking until softened, roughly 5-7 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring well.
  5. Let it all cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
