Simple Salt and Vinegar Zucchini Chips

Crispy, homemade zucchini chips infused with tangy salt and vinegar, perfect for a healthy snack or appetizer.

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis thinly, aiming for 1/8-inch thickness.
  3. Prepare the seasoning mixture by whisking together the olive oil, white vinegar, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture over the zucchini slices and toss gently to coat.
  5. Arrange the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven once golden and crispy, and let cool.

Notes

For optimal crispiness, avoid thick zucchini slices and do not overcrowd the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container to maintain crunch.
