Shrimp Crab Melts

Indulge in these delectable Shrimp Crab Melts, combining the sweetness of shrimp and lump crab meat with creamy cheese in a flaky biscuit crust.

  • 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits (8 count)
  • 3/4 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 3/4 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Flatten each biscuit slightly on a baking sheet.
  3. Combine the shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cream cheese, Old Bay, and parsley in a bowl.
  4. Spoon the filling onto half the biscuits, then top with remaining biscuits.
  5. Pinch the edges to seal and press lightly.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the filling a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator. Experiment with different cheeses for variations.
