  • 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl to make the marinade.
  3. Add chicken to the bowl and toss to coat, allowing it to marinate briefly.
  4. Arrange chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and red onion on a sheet pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
