Sausage & Shrimp Kabobs

Tender shrimp and savory sausage are grilled with vibrant bell peppers and onions for a flavorful kabob experience perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Sausage (smoked or spicy)
  • Shrimp (large, peeled, and deveined)
  • Bell Peppers (red, green, and yellow)
  • Onions (sweet yellow or red)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Skewer alternately with shrimp, bell peppers, and onions.
