  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and brown for a few minutes.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  4. Combine the sausage mixture, baby potatoes, and green beans in a large baking dish.
  5. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then pour the chicken broth over the top and mix gently.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden-brown.
