Quick & Easy Spinach Brownies

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a baking pan.
  2. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Blend the chopped spinach, sugar, vegetable oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth in a large bowl.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the brownies cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Cut into squares once cooled completely.

Notes
