Pineapple Brown Sugar Mississippi Little Smokies Bites

Delicious bite-sized sausages coated in a sweet and smoky pineapple brown sugar sauce, perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 package (14 oz) Lil’ Smokies sausages
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine the Lil’ Smokies, pineapple chunks, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder in your slow cooker.
  2. Stir gently to coat all sausages evenly in the sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve the bites warm for optimal flavor.

Notes

Prepare ingredients the night before for efficiency. Can also be made in the oven or air fryer.
