Pineapple Brown Sugar Mississippi Lil’ Smokies Bites

A delightful combination of smoky sausages and sweet pineapple, these bite-sized snacks are perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 lb Lil’ Smokies Sausages
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In your slow cooker, place the Lil’ Smokies, pineapple chunks, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
  2. Stir and Mix: Use a wooden spoon to gently stir the mixture until everything is well coated.
  3. Cover and Cook: Put the lid on the slow cooker, set it to low, and let it cook for about 120 minutes.
  4. Serve Warm: Give them a light stir and serve warm with toothpicks.

Notes

For a lighter option, use turkey or chicken sausages. These bites can also be made in an air fryer or oven.
