Philly Cheesesteak Pasta is a delightful fusion of classic cheesesteak flavors and pasta, creating a hearty and satisfying dish.

  • 8 oz. pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 1 lb. beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned; remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms; sauté until tender.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet and add beef broth; simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the cooked pasta and half of the provolone cheese; mix well.
  7. Top with remaining provolone cheese and cover until melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
