- 1 lb. beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned; remove from skillet.
