Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf

A delicious twist on comfort food that combines the flavors of Philly cheesesteak with classic meatloaf, creating a heartwarming dish that’s perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, diced bell peppers, diced onions, provolone cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  5. Allow the meatloaf to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Slice and serve, optionally drizzling with extra Worcestershire sauce or topping with additional cheese.
