  • 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
