  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese or ricotta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh arugula for garnish
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread.
  4. Spread the goat cheese or ricotta evenly on top.
  5. Arrange the peach slices and prosciutto over the cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.
