  • 3 Fresh Peaches, halved and sliced
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 4 cups Mixed Greens (arugula and spinach)
  • 1/2 cup Candied Nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Wash greens thoroughly and dry them in a salad spinner. Set aside.
  2. Slice Your Peaches: Halve, pit, and slice peaches into wedges.
  3. Toss Together: In a large mixing bowl, combine greens, peach slices, feta, and nuts.
  4. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic glaze and olive oil.
  5. Dress the Salad: Pour dressing over salad just before serving and toss gently.
  6. Garnish with Mint: Sprinkle fresh mint leaves on top.
