Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna is Irresistible!

A delicious and indulgent lasagna that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with the comforting layers of pasta, topped with Parmesan and garlic.

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  4. Add the chopped bacon, marinara sauce, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef; stir to combine.
  5. In a baking dish, spread a layer of the meat mixture, followed by a layer of noodles, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of meat mixture and topped with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add crushed red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
  • Feel free to substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
