Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Tender chicken breasts coated in a crispy Parmesan crust and served with a rich creamy garlic sauce.

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the toppings: In a mixing bowl, stir together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare the wet mixture: In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the melted butter until smooth.
  4. Coat the chicken: Dip each chicken breast into the mayonnaise mixture, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet: Place the coated chicken breasts on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden.
  7. Finish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the breadcrumb mixture and coat the chicken the night before for convenience.
