Instructions

  1. Blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add the crushed Oreos and whipped cream, folding gently.
  3. Prepare a tortilla or crepe on a flat surface.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly to secure the filling.
  6. Slice into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
  7. Plate the sushi rolls and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
