One Pan Kielbasa and Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Stir in the diced potatoes, bell pepper, onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly tender.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.

Notes
