One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies

A stress-free, flavorful meal featuring kielbasa, honey, garlic, and colorful vegetables, all cooked in one pan.

  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 cups Bell Peppers (red & yellow), sliced
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots, sliced
  • 2 cups Baby Potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley or Green Onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat your pan: Drizzle olive oil into a large skillet over medium heat. Let it warm until shimmering.
  2. Sauté the kielbasa: Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 4–5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and honey: Stir in minced garlic and honey for 30 seconds.
  4. Mix in veggies: Add bell peppers, carrots, and potatoes, drizzling with soy sauce.
  5. Stir and simmer: Toss gently, cover, and let cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Garnish and serve: Once tender, sprinkle with parsley or green onions before serving.

Notes

Customize with your choice of vegetables or proteins. Can be made in an air fryer or oven. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
