A savory and sweet one-pan dish featuring kielbasa and vibrant vegetables coated in a honey garlic glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 cups Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 2 cups Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Begin by washing and chopping the bell peppers into strips, slicing the kielbasa into rounds, and halving the baby potatoes.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add Kielbasa: Toss in the kielbasa slices, letting them brown slightly for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Incorporate Vegetables: Add the bell peppers, baby carrots, and baby potatoes to the skillet. Stir everything to ensure even distribution.
  5. Mix the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey and soy sauce until combined. Pour this sauce over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring to coat.
  6. Cook Until Tender: Cover the skillet and let everything simmer together for about 10-15 minutes.
  7. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle fresh parsley or green onions over the top before serving.

Notes

Consider using turkey kielbasa for a lighter option, and customize vegetables based on availability.
