  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, then rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  2. Combine the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, black olives, diced bell pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Dress the salad: Pour the Italian dressing over the salad ingredients. Toss gently to coat all components evenly.
  4. Season: Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the salad to an airtight container. Allow it to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
