No-Fuss BBQ Chicken & Veggie Foil Packs Made Easy!

A simple and delicious recipe for BBQ chicken and vegetables cooked in foil packs, perfect for grilling or baking.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables, BBQ sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl and toss to combine.
  4. Cut large pieces of aluminum foil and place an equal amount of the chicken and vegetable mixture in the center of each piece.
  5. Fold the foil over the mixture to create a sealed packet.
  6. Place the foil packs on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Carefully open the foil packs and serve hot.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
  • These foil packs can also be baked in the oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes.
  • Make sure to seal the foil tightly to prevent steam from escaping.
