No Bake Peanut Butter Granola Cups

Delightful no bake peanut butter granola cups that combine crunchy granola with creamy peanut butter and chocolate chips. Quick and easy to make, they’re perfect for snacks or desserts.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or cocoa nibs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine granola, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Stir well until every morsel is coated.
  2. Use a rubber spatula to ensure even distribution of the mixture.
  3. Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  4. Spoon the mixture into each liner, pressing down firmly to compact it.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Once set, remove from the muffin pan and enjoy!
