No-Bake Banana Split Ice Cream Cake

A refreshing and delightful layered dessert that combines creamy vanilla ice cream, ripe bananas, and vibrant toppings without any baking required.

  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups sliced bananas
  • 1 cup strawberry topping
  • 1 cup pineapple topping
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Maraschino cherries (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a prepared graham cracker crust, layer half of the soft vanilla ice cream evenly across the bottom.
  2. Sprinkle the sliced bananas evenly over the ice cream layer.
  3. Spoon half of the strawberry topping over the bananas, followed by half of the pineapple topping.
  4. Add the remaining vanilla ice cream as another layer, smoothing it out beautifully.
  5. Spread whipped cream on top, creating a luscious crown.
  6. Chill in the freezer for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
  7. Before serving, top with remaining strawberry and pineapple toppings, garnishing with maraschino cherries.

Notes

You can prepare this cake a day in advance and store it in the freezer. Use homemade whipped cream for an extra touch. For gluten-free, use gluten-free graham crackers.
