Mini Pizza Pot Pies

Delicious mini pot pies filled with cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce, all wrapped in a flaky biscuit crust.

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your mini pie tin with cooking spray.
  2. Roll each biscuit into small circles, about the size of the mini pie tin.
  3. Combine the mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, pepperoni slices, and Italian seasoning in a mixing bowl.
  4. Press each rolled biscuit into the mini pie tin to form a crust.
  5. Spoon the filling mixture into each biscuit-lined tin without overfilling.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the filling ahead of time and store it, assembling and baking right before serving.
