Delicious and easy-to-make mini no-bake Oreo cheesecake cups that are perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Extra Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form a crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until combined.
  6. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  8. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust in the cups.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Top with extra crushed Oreos before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use double-stuffed Oreos.
  • These can be made a day in advance for convenience.
  • Feel free to add chocolate drizzle on top for extra indulgence.
