Milky Way Caramel Cheesecake Brownies

Indulge in a rich, decadent brownie layered with creamy cheesecake and Milky Way candy bars, topped off with gooey caramel.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large Milky Way candy bars, chopped
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×13-inch baking pan generously.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix by combining it with oil, water, and eggs in a mixing bowl until just combined.
  3. Layer half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  4. Make the cream cheese mixture by whipping together softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Create the cheesecake layer by spreading the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
  6. Add chopped Milky Way bars evenly over the cheesecake layer and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  7. Top with the remaining brownie batter, covering the cheesecake layer as much as possible.
  8. Swirl the layers together gently with a knife without overmixing.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  10. Cool the brownies completely in the pan before slicing into squares.

Notes

Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting for the best texture. Feel free to customize with different candies or add nuts.
