Mango Cucumber Salad

A refreshing salad combining ripe mango, crunchy cucumber, creamy avocado, and juicy blueberries, finished with a zesty lime dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine diced mangoes, cucumbers, blueberries, and avocado in a large bowl.
